Welcome!

I’m so glad you found your way to my web site! I hope that we can begin a fabulous, flavorful, friendship though sharing good food.
My love for cooking and hospitality was born in the kitchen of a gourmet cook in Los Angeles. Alongside this friend I learned that cooking could be a fun and creative outlet for me!
My philosophy for my business is to cook for my clients the way I would cook for my own family. I use the freshest ingredients available and recipes that have been tested and approved by people I trust.
I love to eat, but more importantly, I love to cook! I have been blessed with a family who also enjoys food and cooking. My very first souse chef was my son John. I remember buying him his first apron and watching with pride, as he smelled the spices in the pantry to decide which would enhance his cooking best. He’s come up with some pretty amazing “Dagwood” sandwiches. My daughters Julianne and Bethany are often right along side me at parties helping with the set up and displaying of food. John, my husband…he enjoys being the official taste tester of new recipes…and is my biggest fan!
I am a graduate of Texas A&M University (WHOOP!) and the Culinary Business Academy in Rio Ranch, New Mexico.
I look forward to creating a delicious culinary adventure for you!
